"The classic cut boots and the tasmin clogs do not run the same at all. The boots run very big and you usually have to go a half, sometimes hole size down. If they are snug on you at first, they will stretch a little in the width. They only come in whole sizes though and you don't want them to be too big.

I just wanted to say, that you got the best customer's service in the world! My experience with your company has been excellent. I am sad that the shoes that I've ordered didn't fit or were not comfortable, but I am aware that that's the manufacturer's problem, not yours.

I just want to say that I wish so many other companies followed your philosophy of a sincere focus on service and less a focus on marketing. Your idea of being able to ship overnight, 24 hr customer service, around the clock warehouse, free return shipping mean so much more to all of us than a fancy website, or a funny commercial! I really appreciate this philosophy! Free overnight shipping... seriously!!! That ROCKS!
