These shoes are amazing & very comfortable. They also keep you warm during the cold... i wear these shoes practically every single day . They're amazing i own two pairs & if i could i would get another. i like the tall uggs because they're more me. I have tall brown & tall sandy colored ones & they are my favorite shoes. I can't live without them

.the water spots will turn white and they will be noticeable....so try and take care of them....and with these...when you store them...anlways lay them down on their side... not stnading straight up

You guys are the BEST on ease of returns! I have never had returning an item be so pleasant. You really deserve a gold-star rating on this great customer service that is a wonderful incentive to customer loyalty. I will continue to shop with you!

Ijust have a comment for you. I love this site and company. I just finished dealing with another site and when I returned the shoes that didn't fit, I was charged a 20% restocking fee on each pair. I am having such a hard time finding shoes for my diabetic feet and I have ordered 6 pair of shoes from YOUR WEBSITE at various times in the past year. I was never charged shipping and NEVER had to pay a restocking fee.

Just wanted to let you know that your store is fantastic! After my most recent purchase, I'll never buy shoes anywhere else.
