I have wanted Uggs for years and years. I have tons of boots that have cost even more than Uggs, so cost wasn't an issue. Although, I think that the cost of these Uggs is fair and they're definitely worth the price. I will say that these are the warmest boots ever. I bought some so called "cold weather" boots that were more expensive than Uggs but the Uggs are more comfortable and definitely more warmer.

? When I bought my first pair of UGGs, nobody told me that I was supposed to go down a size because they would stretch. My first pair ended up being way too big and getting dirty too fast because I didn't treat them. This time around, I bought a size smaller than my normal shoe size.

You guys are awesome!!! I can truly say that you are one of the few companies that care about their customers!!! It seems for the majority of companies, customer service NO LONGER EXISTS! Thank you for being there!!! And thanks for the shipping. I can't imagine why anyone would even consider buying shoes from anyone else!!!
