Upon clicking on the left menu I found that the menu listings changed around a bit depending on where you went on your website

I have had very poor service so far, placing an order on 28/11/09, a phone call ( but no e mail) to say out of stock , I selected another model 193143 which was in stock , and was called again to say choose another. I feel I am being conned , and the company has taken my money already, not delivering any goods or explaining why .I hope they will sort out this mess very soon , its a present for Christmas.Dissapointed and hopeful .Mark
