"Love these boots! This is my second pair of Uggs and you don't get any better for comfort and warmth than these boots. Uggs generally run about a half size large, so if you are in between sizes, I suggest ordering a half size down (i.e., if you wear a 9 1/2, order a 9). I think the reason for this is that the boot is cut very full in the width so it gives you a little extra room

I only wear flip flops during the summer, and I think I just found my soul mate for winter. I am not the biggest shoe fan, It is very hard for me to be satisfied with my complete outfit if I don't have the right shoe. I just got my boots & it isn't even cold yet but I just had to wear them just because they look so good with my jeans. I ordered 1 size smaller (I was nervous about that), but they fit perfect, I love the light color. Very Satisfied

Hi there, Just a note to say that I am BLOWN away by the service that I have and continue to receive from your website. The corporate culture of customer service and actually DELIVERING against the promise far outweighs the service delivery of any other retailer I have encountered. In particular, your service representatives are truly unbelievable. I have had the distinct pleasure of speaking to several representatives and they have all been extremely service oriented and ALWAYS say the right thing to make the customer feel special and truly understanding what it means to delivery against the "customer experience". Now I don't have to worry about admiring a pair of shoes in a dept store-knowing they won't have my size. Zappos gets your shoes to you so fast! I'll never buy shoes any other way.
