"Love these boots! This is my second pair of Uggs and you don't get any better for comfort and warmth than these boots. Uggs generally run about a half size large, so if you are in between sizes, I suggest ordering a half size down (i.e., if you wear a 9 1/2, order a 9). I think the reason for this is that the boot is cut very full in the width so it gives you a little extra room

I only wear flip flops during the summer, and I think I just found my soul mate for winter. I am not the biggest shoe fan, It is very hard for me to be satisfied with my complete outfit if I don't have the right shoe. I just got my boots & it isn't even cold yet but I just had to wear them just because they look so good with my jeans. I ordered 1 size smaller (I was nervous about that), but they fit perfect, I love the light color. Very Satisfied

Hi there, Just a note to say that I am BLOWN away by the service that I have and continue to receive from your website. The corporate culture of customer service and actually DELIVERING against the promise far outweighs the service delivery of any other retailer I have encountered.
