I had wanted Ugg boots for a while, but was hesitant to buy them due to their pretty steep price (I'm a poor college student). I bought some imitation ones for a fraction of the price and was highly disappointed in them, they soaked up water even if I just quickly ran through the rain to my car and the fake fleece inside was quickly lumpy and uncomfortable, so I decided to splurge on the real thing.

I am amazed in this day and age that there is still a company that gives its customers the type of service that you do. I have decided that I will never go into another store again, as this way of ordering gives me access to so many brands and our continuing service and accuracy is unbeatable. Thanks

Hello, I don't normally send emails to online sites but I have to say that the site and service level you have created with you is exceptional. You send out the merchandise quickly and make any returns simple and easy. I always appreciated this when I shop with you. You supply my shoe addiction well!
