Very good service, easy to use website made the ordering process very easy. Products were delivered on time and I was kept informed on their progress. I would certainly reccomend this company to friends as this is the seconjd time I have used SM.

I looked everywhere for the classic tall in gray. They were my favorite because not too many people at school had them. I also thought they were subtle yet looked neat and clean. I finally found them at a local shoe store and was extactic! I went to try them on a couple days later and ended up buying them. They are absolutly amazing! I love them. The only complaints I have is the high price (as with all uggs) and the fact that you must buy A SIZE DOWN from your regular shoe size. Just keep that in mind before ordering
